Natural & Monitored Conception
Expectant Management

Expectant management is a structured, natural conception pathway that advises couples to maintain regular coital activity without clinical interventions or medications. This approach is highly effective when properly timed and monitored.
During this pathway, couples are guided to use commercial ovulation detection kits (LH urine tests) and monitor basal body temperature to identify their peak fertility window, coordinating intercourse to maximize fertilization chances.
Expectant management is recommended primarily for younger couples where initial screening shows unexplained infertility rather than physiological blockages or severe male factors.
